Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes. Atelier Washington may change prices at any time. If a pricing error is identified, we may cancel an order placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

Payment methods

Atelier Washington accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment options currently available are shown during checkout. Full payment is required before dispatch.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase from Atelier Washington. We may accept or refuse an order for reasons including unavailable stock, incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.

Processing and cancellation

An order may only be cancelled during the first 12 hours after it is placed. After that period, processing and shipment may already have started.

Shipping and delivery
