Processing time

Atelier Washington prepares orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 4 to 7 business days. From the date an order is placed, the total estimated timeframe is therefore 5 to 9 business days.

Order cutoff

The cutoff for United States orders is 5:00 PM EST. Orders submitted after that time are processed on the following business day.

Shipping charges

All orders delivered within the United States qualify for free shipping.

Carriers and tracking

Atelier Washington works with USPS and international delivery partners. A tracking link is emailed within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a parcel has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact Atelier Washington. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

Displayed prices include applicable taxes for United States deliveries. Customers receiving an international order outside the United States are responsible for any customs charges or import taxes that apply.

Atelier Washington works with international fulfilment partners to provide quality products at competitive prices. Orders are sent directly from our fulfilment network in Asia.
