Return window

You may return an Atelier Washington order within 30 days of delivery, without needing to provide a reason.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at no charge within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@atelierwashington.com.

After the first 12 hours, processing may already have started and cancellation might no longer be possible. You can still request a return once the order has arrived.

Required item condition

Returned items must be unworn, unused and sent back in their original packaging with every tag still attached.

Products that show signs of wear or use, or arrive without the original packaging, are not eligible for return.

Items excluded from returns

Personalized or made-to-order products, sealed hygiene items after the seal has been broken, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs

Customers pay the cost of return shipping. Depending on your location and chosen carrier, estimated costs generally range from $5 to $20 USD.

If an item was delivered damaged or defective, Atelier Washington will cover the full return shipping cost.

Restocking fees

Atelier Washington does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or defective items

Please contact Atelier Washington within 30 days of receiving an item that arrived damaged or defective. We will arrange a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund.

Refund processing

After your return has been received and inspected, Atelier Washington will process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank may require an additional 3 to 5 business days before the funds appear on your statement.

Partial refunds

In limited cases, such as an item returned with minor signs of use or without its original packaging, a partial refund may be offered. We will always contact you before a partial refund is processed.
